Denisse Vega

      For years I have developed in the area of technology. Having studied a career in Information Systems Engineering and a Master's Degree in Information Security, I have been able to be part of the software and systems development industry, in embedded, desktop and cloud solutions. Different stages of the software development life cycle and business strategy have been my field of action while performing roles such as PMP, Scrum Master, PO, PM-Agile, Sales Engineer.

Eventually I migrated to other types of roles at the organizational level such as Director of Talent, Director of Organizational Development, Organizational Agile Coach where I have analyzed and participated in the development of corporate strategies for companies with accelerated growth with high performance, mainly with Scaling Up methodologies. Always surrounded by great people and high performance teams from whom I have learned and with whom I have developed.

I have lived in different countries in Europe and North America. My native language is Spanish, but I spend a lot of time speaking English.

Working with teams and organizations is a passion that I have developed over the years.

I have found coaching to be a very effective tool for empowering people on many levels and in the different roles we play in our lives. Witnessing firsthand how it enables people to develop and achieve their goals through transformation.

 

Therefore, I have put a great focus on having a constant training of the best and most recent methodologies in coaching and neuroscience to make them available to people who decide to make a real change in their lives.
